Acquisition of Kvinnherad Elektro and Vassnes Group closed
EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) (“EQVA”) and Kvinnherad Elektro AS, a full-service power and automation company, announced a business combination agreement on 14 May 2024. The transaction has now been closed. The agreement includes Kvinnherad Elektro’s 51 percent ownership in Vassnes Solutions AS, a group of leading engineering, welding, power and automation services companies.

Half year results 2024 – Solid performance, guidance increased for full-year sales and EBITDA-margin
29 August 2024: EQVA ASA (OSE: EQVA) delivered a strong first half of 2024, with group revenues of NOK 509 million, a growth of 53 percent compared to the corresponding period in 2023. The EBITDA the first half year was NOK 62 million (NOK 19 million same period in 2023). The EBITDA margin was 12.3 percent, up from 5.7 percent in the first half of 2023.

BKS har hovedkontor på Sunde og Kvinnherad Elektro har hovedkontor i Rosendal, begge i Kvinnherad kommune. Avtalen omfatter også Kvinnherad Elektro sitt 51 prosent eierskap i Vassnesgruppen.

Eqva subsidiary sells hydropower project to UK infrastructure fund
Fossberg Kraft, a subsidiary of Eqva ASA (OSE: EQVA), has entered into an agreement to develop and sell the Skjeggfoss hydropower plant in Drangedal in southern Norway to a UK based infrastructure investor. Fossberg Kraft will continue to operate the plant on behalf of the new owner. The value of the project is approximately NOK 45 million.
