Through our newly established subsidiary, Nordic Industrial Solutions (NIS)—a full-service provider of industrial services—we deliver end-to-end project solutions. EQVA ASA aims to achieve growth and unlock synergies through targeted acquisitions in industrial service sectors.

  • Diverse funding mechanisms: Utilizing a mix of cash, shares (reinvestment), and earnouts to fund acquisitions
